Major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and Hyderabad are usually at the faster end. Smaller towns and remote areas may take an extra day or two.
Order Confirmation
We call or send a WhatsApp message to confirm every order before dispatch. This protects both of us: it confirms your address is correct and that the order is genuine.
Please keep your phone reachable after ordering. If we cannot reach you within two working days, we may hold or cancel the order.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan at no extra charge.
- Pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives
- Please keep the exact amount ready
- You may inspect the parcel from outside before paying
- Opening and checking the product before payment depends on the individual courier’s policy
Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is dispatched, we send you a tracking number by WhatsApp or SMS. You can follow your parcel on the courier’s website from dispatch to delivery.
If your tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours, message us and we will follow up with the courier.
Packaging
Every handbag is packed carefully:
- Wrapped to protect the finish and hardware during transit
- Placed in a sealed courier parcel
- Checked before dispatch for marks, scratches or missing accessories
Delays
Most orders arrive on time. Delays can happen because of:
- Public holidays and Eid rush
- Weather conditions affecting courier routes
- Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses
- The recipient being unreachable
If your order is delayed, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will check with the courier.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please check your address carefully before confirming. Parcels returned because of an incorrect address or an unreachable number may require re-delivery charges.
If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us immediately. If the parcel has not been dispatched, we can correct it free of charge.
International Delivery
We currently deliver within Pakistan only.
If you are outside Pakistan and would like to order, message us on WhatsApp at +92 317 0486120. We can check whether shipping to your country is possible and what it would cost.
After Delivery
Once your handbag arrives, please check it within 48 hours. If anything is damaged or incorrect, contact us with photographs and we will sort it out.
Our 15-day exchange policy covers colour changes, product swaps and faults.
