  • “You”, “your”, “customer” refers to the person visiting this website or placing an order.
  • “Products” refers to the handbags and accessories listed for sale on this website.
  • “Order” refers to a request placed through the website, WhatsApp, phone or social media to purchase our products.

2. Who Can Order

To place an order with us you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian
  • Provide a complete and accurate delivery address within Pakistan
  • Provide a working mobile number that can receive calls and WhatsApp messages for order confirmation

We may refuse or cancel any order where the contact details are incomplete, the number is unreachable, or where we have reason to believe the order is not genuine.

3. Products and Descriptions

We describe our handbags as accurately as we can, including material, dimensions and available colours. Please note:

  • Material: Our handbags are made from premium faux leather (PU) unless the product page states otherwise. We do not describe our products as genuine leather.
  • Colour: Actual colours may vary slightly from the photographs depending on your screen settings, lighting and photography.
  • Dimensions: Measurements given are approximate and may vary by up to half an inch due to handcrafted finishing.
  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a full refund.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices on this website are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the time your order is confirmed.
  • Promotional prices and discounts apply only for the period stated and while stock lasts.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we will contact you before processing and you may cancel the order without charge.

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan
  • Bank transfer to our registered account
  • Online payment where available on the checkout page

5. Orders and Confirmation

Placing an order on this website is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order.

For cash on delivery orders, we confirm by phone call or WhatsApp message before dispatch. If we cannot reach you within two working days of your order, we may cancel it.

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD parcels may result in future orders requiring advance payment.

6. Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through our courier partners.

  • Processing: 1 to 2 working days after order confirmation
  • Delivery: 2 to 3 working days after dispatch, depending on your city
  • Tracking: A tracking number is shared once your parcel is dispatched

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by weather, public holidays, strikes, courier backlogs or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility, though we will keep you informed.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the address provided. Parcels returned to us because the customer was unreachable may be subject to re-delivery charges.

7. Exchange Policy

We offer a 15-day exchange from the date of delivery.

Because our products are handbags, exchanges relate to colour, design or product faults. Size exchanges do not apply.

You may request an exchange if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags and accessories are included
  • You contact us within 15 days of delivery
  • You provide your order number and clear photographs of the product

We cannot accept an exchange if:

  • The product has been used, soiled, scratched or damaged after delivery
  • Original packaging, charms, straps or accessories are missing
  • More than 15 days have passed since delivery
  • The product was bought during a clearance sale marked as final

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible and the exchange policy applies instead.

We reserve the right to cancel any order where the product is unavailable, the pricing was incorrect, the delivery address is outside our service area, or we are unable to verify the order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product photographs, descriptions, the Mahraluxe name, logo, page layouts and written content, is our property or used by us with permission.

You may not, without our written permission:

  • Republish, copy or reproduce material from this website
  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from this website
  • Use our product photographs or descriptions on another website or marketplace
  • Use our brand name or logo in a way that suggests a partnership or endorsement

10. Customer Reviews and Comments
